freely, voluntarily and without any mental reservation, I DECLARE, ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that:
• Surf lesson can be dangerous even with proper training.
• The surf class is a team effort (surfboards, boogies), where each participant must have a sense of discipline and cooperation.
• I certify that I have an excellent physical and mental condition and that I have no limitation that prevents me from making efforts that surf lessons entail.
• That I freely and voluntarily assume the following risks: getting lost in bodies of water (including the ocean); falling into deep holes, due to waves or reefs; have accident(s) due to rock falls or slips; getting trapped by a flash flood; suffering from hypothermia or hyperthermia, sunstroke burns, among others.
• Practicing said activity I can have an accident; it could derive in some severe disease consequence of the natural environment; and even death.
• I assume full responsibility for any damage I may suffer during or after surfing as well as any illness I may acquire as a result of said class.
• For reasons of an act of God, of nature or of the uncontrollable failure of the checks of the components of the equipment, there could be such consequences, for which I exempt Flow Surf Lessons, the owners, and the staff from liability, for damages, claims, causes of action , losses and/or injuries that could be suffered as a result of the surf class, by me, any family member or person with an interest in the undersigned.
• I also declare that any damage caused to myself, facilities or belongings, is under my full responsibility and not of Flow Surf Lessons.
• I reiterate my desire to carry out the surf class. I have read the details and understand and accept the inherent risks.
