  • Deposit, Cancellation, Lateness Policy.

     

    DEPOSIT:

    All new color services and haircut services require a $40 deposit in order to schedule an appointment. All deposits are non-refundable! Deposits will be used as credit towards your appointment as long as the guidelines of my cancellation policy are followed.

     

    CANCELLATION:

    All apointments must be cancelled or rescheduled withibnn 48 hour notice. Appointments cancelled within less than 48 hrs will be considered as no show and will be charged 50% of the scheduled scheduled service.

     

    LATENESS:

    Please note that if you are over 20 min late to your appointment, I many need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the time reserved for your appointment. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you within 20 minutes or more, your appointment is considered as no show and will be charged a cancellation fee.
