Entrance Location: 8182 Carpenter Rd, Angora, MN 55703
Saturday and Sunday, August 10-11, 2024 9am-5pm both days

Set Up: Friday, August 9th, 12noon - 8pm, Saturday, August 10, 7am-9am (Note: ALL vehicles need to be off site by 9:15am)

**Please Note** There is no onsite electricity or running water.

**Special Note to Entertainers** - We are a small faire still working to create, grow, and maintain this family friendly event while remaining debt free. Because of this, we are unable to offer compensation or stipends to our entertainers at this time. In exchange, we enourage entertainers to collect tips and we offer vendor space for the sale of promotional items at no cost.

Commitment Fee:
- $50.00 per 11x11 space craft/artisan vendors.
- $100.00 per 11x11 space food/beverage vendors.
- Activity Stations, 50/50 profit split due at Sunday teardown.
Payment must be received in order for space to be confirmed.

Late Application/Payment fee - additional $50.00 per vendor for applications and payments received after July 1, 2024.

Guidelines*

I have read and agree to the Vendor and Entertainer Guidelines.
To provide the best sales opportunity for each vendor, all products must be pre approved. New Vendors, please email sample photos of items and setup to irawshop@gmail.com for approval.

We limit the number of similar products/vendors. Products must be handcrafted, repurposed, upcycled, or an onsite service (henna artists, fortune tellers, etc.) (Resale only and/or pyramid vendors will not be allowed.)
