    Application for 2025 Sidewalk Improvement Project

  • The City of Dickinson has/will be retaining bids for sidewalk, curb & gutter concrete repair/replacement to be done throughout the City of Dickinson. By filling out this application you are asking the City to consider repairing, replacing or installing new sidewalk, and/or curb & gutter along your property.

    After your application has been reviewed and it is determined that the work is eligible, we will conduct an on-site review of the concrete installation requested. You will then receive a cost estimate.  If you agree to the cost estimate you have the option to:

    • Pay the full amount through a one-time payment
    • Have it added to your Special Assessment Taxes of the property (+interest, paid over ten years)
    • Decline to have the work the done.

     

    YOU MUST BE THE PROPERTY OWNER TO APPLY FOR THE 2025 CITY SIDEWALK PROJECT.

  • By signing below I am stating that I am the property owner requesting the City to inspect my concrete, determine eligibility and give an estimate to be part of the Dickinson 2025 Sidewalk Project. I understand that this application does not qualify or obligate me and that a final quote will be given to me to sign before any work is started.
