RETAINER/ PAYMENT
Please be aware that this is a contract that requires a deposit via credit card to reserve all of your appointments. A non-refundable deposit of 50 % of the service total will be required to be paid upon submission of this document. The remaining balance will be due 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING. Payment is accepted via credit/ debit card in person or over the phone. We will contact you to make your deposit the next business day after we receive this contract. We also recommend you book a trial updo at this time. The trial is not included in the contract price and is $95 additional. The full fee will be charged for all appointments not kept without 45 DAYS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. If artists are required to begin services or travel before 7am, an additional travel fee of $50 per stylist will apply. Travel fee is factored into the price of on location pricing unless the location is not within a 15 mile radius of Moonstone Salon, then an additional travel fee will apply based on distance. The bride assumes responsibility of payment to the stylist for all members of the bridal party included for styling. ONE PAYMENT TO BE MADE BY THE BRIDE FOR TOTAL SERVICES RENDERED AFTER DEPOSIT. If you are supplying your own makeup artist a $100 convenience free will added to the contract total if the makeup artist is in the salon and not an employee of the salon. The makeup artist is welcome to use our space during the scheduled appointment times but not after as we will be conducting business as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience but doing your own hair or makeup in the salon or salon waiting area is not permitted in order to maintain a professional and relaxing atmosphere. We are happy to add on gratuity at time of payments if desired.
Week Day/Saturday In Salon Pricing Hair:
Bride $150, Bridesmaids/ Mother of the Bride/Groom $110 each, Flower girls $65 each.
Sunday or On Location Pricing Hair:
Bride $225 Bridesmaids/ Mother of the Bride/Groom: $165 each, Flower Girls: $95 each.
Week Day/ Saturday Makeup Pricing:
Bride $95, Bridesmaids/ Mother of the Bride/Groom: $75 each.
Sunday/ On Location Makeup Pricing:
Bride $143, Bridesmaids/ Mother of the Bride/Groom: $113 each.

LEGAL STUFF
The state and federal courts serving Hunterdon County shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement, and both parties hereto consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. The prevailing party in any litigation or dispute involving this Agreement, or the Services performed thereunder, shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees, costs, and expenses arising from such litigation or dispute from non-prevailing party.
Disclaimer
ARTIST'S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT FOR THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ARTIST BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF CLIENT INFORMS ARTIST OF CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WOULD GIVE RISE TO SUCH DAMAGES.
