  • SCHEDULE & 100% GAMES PLAYED COMMITMENT

Each club will require each representative team to complete EVERY scheduled match. Committing to this agreement includes committing to the league play dates.

Each club will ensure teams are not scheduled for potential conflcits due to tournament play or other functions on league play dates.

Each club will ensure all teams are compliant with registration, roster, and age group rules, in accord with their associated registering body (US Club or USY).

Each club accepts responsiblity for providing two Points of Contact (See Below) who will accept responsiblity of league communication to and on behalf of their club's teams.

Each club understands that there are "no show", "game forfeit", and "reschedule and game cancelation timelines" that are required. Failure to meet these will invoke a penalty fee of $100 per occurence.

  • NO RECRUITING COMMITMENT

Each club will educate coaches and team leaders that there is no tolerance for on-site recruitment of players and/or parents during league game play.

Team leaders will not initiate contact with any parent, stakeholder, guardian, or player during league game play, before, after, during, or at any time, while at the site of the games, including the parking lot, or any immediate periphery of the facility of the game hosting site.

Failure to abide by the "no recruiting commitment" could have consequences up to removal of the coach from the league.

If a coach receives contact from a parent or player guardian outside of their club, expressing interest in their team, this should be reported to the home club director of the parent or player guardian and the league office.

  • ROSTER & PLAYER AGE COMMITMENT

Each club will ensure that team leaders only allow players to participate in league games that are of the appropriate age for the league's division.

Players may "play up" one or more age divisions.  No player shall be older than the age division they are participating in for the league match.

A "play down" exception can be granted if agreed to by the opponent.  The opponent must complete the league "play down agreement" online.  It is the responsibilty of the team requesting a "play down" exception for a player to procure the online agreement from the opponent prior to kick-off of the game.

Each club will ensure that only duly registered and rostered players participate in any league games.  The club's commitment to this includes accepting responsibility for roster oversight, registration oversight, and ensuring all players are duly registered, and in good standing with their associated governing body (US CLub, USY, etc).

Teams found to be using "illegal" players (not rostered, not of correct age) will be subject to review by the League Operating Commitee.

Players may particiapte in multiple games per day.

Club leaders will ensure that 7v7 teams are retaining a 70% roster continuity throughout the season (i.e. if there are 10 players on the original team, then on game day at minimum 7 of those players should be participating with the team). This will be managed and enforced by club leaders.  Club leaders will report discrepancies to other club leaders to resolve.  If unresolved the League Operating Committee will review and make a recommendation to the League Office.

The roster maximum for a game day is recommended at 14 for 7v7 and 8 for 4v4.  These are reommendations and not requirements.

  • REFEREE COMMITMENT

All clubs agree to abide by a strict NO TOLERANCE of referee abuse.

Referees will be treated with respect and professional courtesy by all team leaders.

Team leaders will manage, lead, and accept responsbility for their team members, parents and/or guardians of players, to produce a culture of respect and sportsmanship for the game day environment with respect to referees.

Clubs agree to inform and educate team leaders that many referees at these levels are youth referees, introductory level referees, still learning and attempting to become a part of the soccer community as a referee.

Clubs acknowledge that referees are a part of the larger soccer community, and will make an effort to co-participate with the referee community by creating a healthy, positive environment for referees to work.

Violation of the referee commitment could result in loss of league participation privileges by offenders and are subject to review by the League Operating Committee and the Leauge Office.

    REF FEE RATES:

    7v7 - $40/game - paid by teams on site $20/team/game - paid prior to kick-off

    4v4 - $30/game - paid by teams on site $15/team/game - paid prior to kick-off

  • GAME RESCHEDULE/CANCELATION COMMITMENT

    1. Any canceled game within a week will invoke a $50 penalty fee paid by the team canceling.

    2. Any no show game without advance notice to both league opponent's club director, and the league office, of at least 24 hours, will invoke a $100 penatly fee paid by the team in violation.

    3. Games canceled prior to 7 days before game date are discouraged, and will not invoke a penalty fee.

Unforeseen circumstances may arise in game cancelations.  Consideration will be given for such matters, including Covid-related circumstances.

To maintain league integrity, structure, and standards, it may be required to still collect penalty fees which are intended to pay referees who have been assigned to games. This ensures the league does not have to pass-through unexpected and unbudgeted costs to teams in future league price points.

The league will accept the payment liability to all referee assignors, for all games that are canceled (weather, act of God, or otherwise).

  • COMMUNICATION COMMITMENT

Each club will provide TWO POINTS of CONTACT.

These points of contact will be responsive to CELL/TEXT and EMAIL.

The points of contact will be the liasion between all of their club's team leaders and the league office.

The points of contact will be responsive to their membership, responsible to their membership, and available to their membership.

The points of contact will be responsive to the league office and available to the league office via e-correspondence for league communication.

Our club understands we will ensure that all club members are aware and informed of the role of their points of contact with respect to league communication.

Club leaders will ensure that their team leaders and team members, are aware that their club's points of contact are responsible for league operations, communication, execution, and standards.
