Please fill in the required information and the level of sponsorship you are interested in. All fields are mandatory. If payment isn't received with this form (cc or e-transfer) you will be invoiced and payment is due by June 6/26 with the exception of Chutes and buckles that are due by May 5/26. You also have the opportunity to purchase your sponsorship at the Sponsorship Appreciation Dinner if you are attending. Chutes are only available through the auction at the dinner. If you are a new sponsor and are interested in the chute auction contact us to receive and invitation to the dinner. E-transfers can be sent to the above email address, we are setup for auto deposit.
