Salon Policies
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and so we may correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, Vibe Color Lounge will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase*

Appointments that are unconfirmed within 24 hours of your appointment time will be removed from the schedule. You must confirm via the app, email, text or phone call within 24 hours of your appointment time in order to keep your appointment. Unconfirmed appointments will result in a rebooking fee*

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Vibe Color Lounge and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time or charge you for the time missed. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.*

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or No Show, a fee of $50 will be charged per service missed. This fee must be paid before a new appointment is scheduled and is not applied towards future services*
