Salon Policies
SERVICE SATISFACTION + RETAIL POLICY We want you to love your hair. If you experience challenges with your cut or color, please let us know within 7 days so we can adjust at no additional charge. Concerns reported after 7 days or requests for changes/add-ons will be treated as a new service. Retail products may be exchanged at full credit within 30 days of purchase.

SAFETY + CONSENT • For safety, children not receiving services are not permitted in the salon. • Guests under 18 must have a parent/guardian present or have a signed parental consent form on file before any service (especially chemical services). • Vibe Color Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, including guests who appear to be under the influence of prescription or illegal drugs, or alcohol.

SCHEDULING + ATTENDANCE • All appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours via app, text, email, or phone. Unconfirmed appointments may be removed and subject to a rebooking fee. • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or charge for the time missed. • 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Less than 48 hours or no-shows will incur a $50 fee per service missed, due before booking another appointment. • If you no-show or late cancel 3 times, you may be removed as a guest of Vibe Color Lounge.

COLOR CORRECTION SERVICES Color corrections often require multiple steps and sessions. Results vary depending on your hair’s history and condition. Adjustments may shift tone rather than fully remove color in one visit. Your stylist will provide realistic expectations during consultation.

CHEMICAL SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGMENT I understand that hair coloring services may involve risks such as redness, irritation, tenderness, breakage, or unexpected results due to prior hair history or undisclosed conditions. I confirm that I have shared accurate information about my past services, allergies, and medications. I release Vibe Color Lounge from liability for any outcomes related to undisclosed information. I agree to follow all at-home care recommendations provided by my stylist.
