INTRODUCTION
A site survey is conducted to determine installation site viability and readiness for the required satellite system installation. Our team of trained professionals will conduct a complete walk through of the installation site to inspect, evaluate and document all viable installation options including antenna placement, antenna mounting options, satellite arc clearance, line of sight (LOS) verification to target satellite(s), indoor equipment location, AC power, IFL cable routing, building point of entry and distance from outdoor equipment (ODU) to indoor equipment (IDU).
Access to building exterior, interior, roof, roof access and indoor equipment locations are required to conduct the survey. Permission to document and photograph the building and facilities is also needed to complete the survey.
Detailed photographs are very important and should be uploaded to this form if being filled out on line, otherwise attach photos to the email when you send the form back to Mangosat / NWNS.
After completion of the physical site survey, a site survey report will be created that organizes all the survey information and photographs into one comprehensive document. The site survey report will be loaded into a secure, web portal and made available for download to approved contacts only.
A pdf version of this form can be downloaded from our website but all information must be uploaded using the webfom. (www.mangosat.nl/survey-smallvsat)
