Office Administrator Application
Work from Home Position. Training is done remotely as well.

All candidates must be 18yrs+. RI/MA preferred as that is where our service area is. Will consider out of state if meet all requirements, have relevant experience and located in same time zone as RI.
Qualifications:
- Extremely Reliable
- Detailed Oriented
- STRONG Attention to Details
- Good with numbers
- Have prior Office/Admin experience or in area you are applying for
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school degree required. College or advanced preferred
- Must pass a background screening
- Organized & on top of things.
- Computer/Internet/Email experienced
- Up to date Laptop or Desktop Computer, Strong high speed internet connection and an Android/iPhone.
Job Duties:
- Assistance with Payroll
(We use QB full service payroll so it's mostly inputting hours and running reports/creating pay stubs)
- Some Bookkeeping Duties (Bank reconciliation / Credit Card Batch Deposits)
- Invoicing
- HR Assistant Duties
-Separate or Combined position for those experienced with Website Management/Wordpress or Social Media / Marketing
Pay:
$16-$18+ per hour depending on experience.
Website & Social Media are 1099 Contractor positions and pay depends on experience
