Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedule requests, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be required to reschedule and may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
Appointment changes are not considered confirmed until acknowledged by Viso Bello Spa.
New Client Deposit Policy
A $50 deposit is required to reserve all new client appointments and will be applied toward the scheduled service. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations, reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, and no-shows. Additional cancellation fees may apply in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
Children and Guests Policy
Children not receiving services should not accompany clients to appointments. Due to limited space, additional guests may be asked to wait outside the treatment area. Clients are responsible for supervising minors receiving services.
Treatment Room Etiquette
Food is not permitted in the treatment room. Clients may be asked to remove their shoes before entering the treatment area.
Required Forms
All required intake and consent forms must be completed prior to the appointment. Failure to complete forms may result in delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of the appointment.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. Retail products may be exchanged for spa credit within 14 days if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Client Conduct Policy
Viso Bello Spa is committed to providing a professional, relaxing, and respectful environment. Disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Viso Bello Spa reserves the right to refuse service, terminate an appointment, or prohibit future bookings for safety, health, scheduling, or business-related reasons.
By scheduling an appointment, purchasing products, or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
