Greetings, Event Sponsors,

The South Carolina Emergency Nurses Association, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, works hard each year to support our emergency nurses across the state. This year, our largest fundraising event will consist of healthcare professionals nationwide gathering for a night of fun and networking to support our nurses.

We are searching for vendors/sponsors for the 4th Annual Healthcare Heroes Fundraiser "Sequins and Spurs" in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at The House of Blues. The Emergency Nurses Association is a professional organization representing emergency nursing worldwide. The ENA was founded in 1970, and our prestigious organization currently has over 43,000 nurses. The Emergency Nurses Association is the premier professional nursing association dedicated to defining the future of emergency nursing through advocacy, education, research, innovation, and leadership.

Each year, we conduct fundraising events throughout the state of South Carolina. Our primary fundraising goals are to support members who want to further their education (academia and certification) and attend State and National conferences and community outreach programs, such as our backpack program. As you know, the last several years have exposed our nurses to a new meaning of healthcare. As the primary frontline responder to healthcare needs, the pandemic dramatically changed how we practice and care for our community. In addition, it has been physically and mentally taxing on our bedside nurses. As we move forward, we aim to continue supporting our emergency nurses across the state as they pursue higher degrees, additional certifications, and accommodations for our state and national conferences and support our community outreach programs in 2025.

We invite vendors to showcase their products and share information with attendees. The sponsorship includes admission for one person and an 8-foot table for display during the President's Reception. Vendors can bring up to three additional guests at $135 per person.

As you review the sponsorship levels below, we appreciate any support you can provide to our emergency nurses in South Carolina. As previously mentioned, The Emergency Nurses Association is a nonprofit 501(c)(3), which indicates a nonprofit organization that the IRS has recognized as being tax-exempt by its charitable programs.

Platinum Level - Event Sponsor

The Platinum sponsorship officially sponsors the Annual SC ENA Healthcare Heroes Fundraiser. Sponsorship will include branding on all event material and throughout the event, company career opportunity information on the SC ENA webpage for one year, a dedicated table for company / product displays, event entry for sixteen (16) people, and an 8-foot table during the President's Reception. Your sponsorship covers expenses related to food and cost associated with the three-course meal. Additionally, this sponsor will have 35 minutes to present/ share messaging to attendees from the stage.

The Gold sponsorship will receive social media advertising, gold-level announcements during the event, logo branding on all event material, a dedicated table for company / product displays, event entry for eight (8) people, and an 8-foot table during the President's Reception. Cost covers the food and allocated beverage tickets for the President's Reception. Additionally, this sponsor will have 20 minutes to present/ share messaging to attendees from the stage.

The Silver sponsorships will receive social media advertising, event announcements, and event entry for six (6) people, and an 8-foot table during the President's Reception. Cost covers the entertainment (i.e., live band, DJ, etc.). Additionally, this sponsor will have 10 minutes to present/ share messaging to attendees from the stage.

The table sponsor will include a table for eight (8) with company branding and announcements during the event.

The President's Reception vendor sponsorship includes an 8-foot table for products and/or information sharing, a company logo during the event, and admission for one person to the gala. Additional guest tickets can be purchased for $135 each (up to three tickets)

The Friends of SC ENA is a donation only ranging from $100 to $1000. Company / Individual name will be added to program / flyer and announced one time during event with amount of donation in ranges (I.e., $100-$300; $400-$600; 700-$800; and $900-$1000).
