Volunteer Registration for LifeWise Upper Arlington
LifeWise Upper Arlington is seeking volunteers to chaperone children to and from their LifeWise classes. Volunteers will also remain in the classroom throughout class to assist the teacher as necessary. Please complete the attached form to express interest in volunteering at LifeWise Upper Arlington. LifeWise Academy is a non-denominational, Bible-Based Released Time Religious Instruction Program with emphasis on Character Education.
