Policy Highlights
***Payment must be made within 48 Hours to guarantee the date and time of your event. A $50 non refundable deposit is required for date holds, the remaining balance will be due 14 calendar days before your event. $100/$200 refundable security deposit required and returned within 2 weeks with approval for no damages to property and/or items rented. Keep in mind your bank processing times may differ from our merchant processing time. We must be notified of cancellations prior to your due date after that time your security deposit will not be non-refundable. An $80 service fee applied to all events, included in the price shown above. Holiday pricing may vary. Pricing is subject to change. Security Deposit is an amount of money that a renter pays when beginning to rent property (such as E & E Center for Events) and that can be used to pay for any damage that the renter and their guests causes to the property. The Security Deposit will also cover any non approval of overage hours in facility use. Anything over the time approved will be the cost of the full price on an hour to hour rate.
