Volunteering WA Training and Guest Speaker Request Form

Training that has been tailored to suit your organisation often requires considerable preparation time. The cancellation policy for any tailored training is:

• Cancellation and/or reschedule requests must be received in writing via e-mail louise@volunteeringwa.org.au within 20 business days prior to the training date to receive a full refund. Depending on the agreement, you will be responsible for any pre-paid accommodation, pre-paid airfares or any expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation.
• Cancellation requests received 9 to 19 business days prior to the training date will result in a credit toward a future scheduled date within 12 months. Depending on the agreement, you will be responsible for any pre-paid accommodation, pre-paid airfares or any expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation.
• Cancellations made 8 or less business days prior to training date will result in forfeiture of the training fee. Depending on the agreement, you will be responsible for any pre-paid accommodation, pre-paid airfares or any expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation.
• Cancellations by Volunteering WA: Volunteering WA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

If little or no modification is required for our standard training the following cancellation policy applies:

Depending on the agreement, you will be responsible for any pre-paid accommodation, pre-paid airfares or any expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation.
• Cancellation requests received 5 to 9 business days prior to the training date will result in a credit toward a future scheduled date within 12 months. Depending on the agreement, you will be responsible for any pre-paid accommodation, pre-paid airfares or any expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation.
• Cancellations made 4 or less business days prior to training date will result in forfeiture of the training fee. Depending on the agreement, you will be responsible for any pre-paid accommodation, pre-paid airfares or any expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation.
• Cancellations by Volunteering WA:  Volunteering WA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Unless otherwise negotiated, there will be a minimum number of 10 people per training group, and a maximum of 20 people. For country areas the minimum is 15 people, maximum of 25 people.
