ANIMAL Dog Adoption

Arkansas Network IMproving Animal Life (ANIMAL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. We are an animal rescue organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and unwanted animals from shelters and other poor living conditions in and around Central Arkansas. We are committed to finding them carefully-screened and well-matched forever homes. We work with committed volunteers, veterinarians, fosters, and trainers to help provide health care and temporary homes to animals deserving a second chance. We also serve as a resource to our community/local pet owners by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership and the importance of spay/neuter, heartworm prevention, positive behavior training, and good nutrition.

This questionnaire is designed to help ANIMAL and you determine if a specific animal is the right one for you and your household. All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. ANIMAL reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions!
