We HIGHLY recommend the family meet with a trainer BEFORE the puppy arrives (especially if any members of the household are scared of puppies), and the 2nd appointment the following week of the puppy joining your family.

I understand and agree of the purpose of the non-refundable ABD deposit. "The purpose of ABD deposits is committing to ABD, and being placed on their waitlist. My application/waitlist placement is the basis of their projections for future litters and the anticipated wait time. Asking for a refund regardless of reason will not be acknowledged due to ABD time management. The focus of ABD time management is to the health, socialization, and caring for their mommas and puppies, as well, the ABD committed families." Deposits can be transferred as many times as you would like and still hold your spot on the wait list. However if you have not committed to a litter within 14 months of your deposit date, your application will be archived and your deposit will be void for future litters. You will no longer receive litter annoucements. To reactivate your application you are required to place an additional non-refundable $300 deposit. However, in this circumstance we will honor your original deposit date, subject to a possible price increase.*
