To make a reservation, choose your equipment and pick-up/drop-off locations on the form below. Check availability of dates and locations on the Property Reservation calendar.
Reservations must be made a minimum of four weeks in advance. Rentals are not guaranteed until a deposit of 50% is paid. Rentals must be paid in full a minimum of two weeks in advance.
When you submit this form, you will recieve a confirmation of the information entered; this is confirmation that we have received your reservation request and not a confirmation of your rental. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder. Reservations are processed every Tuesday in the order in which they are received. Your official rental confirmation will come from troopcamping@girlscoutsgwm.org.
