Outdoor Equipment Reservation Request
To make a reservation, choose your equipment and pick-up/drop-off locations on the form below. Check availability of dates and locations on the Property Reservation calendar.

Reservations must be made a minimum of four weeks in advance. Rentals are not guaranteed until a deposit of 50% is paid. Rentals must be paid in full a minimum of two weeks in advance.

When you submit this form, you will recieve a confirmation of the information entered; this is confirmation that we have received your reservation request and not a confirmation of your rental. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder. Reservations are processed every Tuesday in the order in which they are received. Your official rental confirmation will come from troopcamping@girlscoutsgwm.org.

See the GSGWM Troop Camping Guide for more information about rental kits available. These items can be picked up at one of our properties or further arrangements can be made otherwise. All items must be returned clean and dry.

We agree that members of our group will be respectful of each other, the equipment and the environment. We understand that the processing of payment does not guarantee equipment rental and that until we receive a GSGWM confirmation, the equipment is not yet booked for our use. We understand that GSGWM equipment may be rented to mulitple groups, back to back, and we will be respectful and promote the Girl Scout Promise and Law with other groups.
