  • Mission Statement
The mission of CCA is to partner with the Christian home and local church to educate and equip students to reach their full academic, physical, and spiritual potential in Jesus Christ.

    Purpose Statement
Based upon God’s inerrant and infallible Word, CCA educates, trains, and encourages its students to develop devoted hearts, renewed minds and courageous souls through an intentional program of Christian schooling.

    Core Values
    Partnership with the Christian Home

The Academy partners with and supports the Christian home in educating students academically and guiding students to establish and grow a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  Deut. 6:5-7; Ephesians 6:4; Acts 4:12

    Authority of Scripture

The families that partner with CCA believe together that the Bible is the inerrant, infallible Word of God and is the final authority for life and conduct.  II Timothy 3:16-17

    Modeling Christ

CCA is committed to hiring men and women who have a vibrant Christian faith. The faculty and staff strive to exhibit Christ-like character, serve as role models for the students, and pursue the highest standards of our profession.  James 3:1

    Academic Excellence

CCA provides challenging and rewarding learning and teaching to students at each grade level and ability level. Excellence in academics moves students toward maximizing their God-given potential for critical thinking and application of knowledge.  Proverbs 2:10

    Biblical Worldview

The Christ-centered education at Central Christian Academy encourages development of a biblical worldview.  John 17:3

    Philosophy of Christian Education
Education at Central Christian Academy is founded upon the following convictions:

·That God is the creator of all life and the author of all truth.

·This eternal triune God (God the Father, God the Son [Jesus Christ], and God the Holy Spirit) has revealed Himself through the Bible, his infallible and inerrant Word.

·Parents are responsible for their child’s education before God. Thus, as Christian educators, we partner with parents in this God-given responsibility.

·All children can learn and, regardless of ability, are a gift from God.

·Education is a transformative process in which a worldview is developed within the student. At a Christian school, this worldview should be influenced and based upon the truth of Scripture.

·Christian teachers and staff, who act as the “living curriculum” to students, influence transformative learning through their expertise and integrity of modeling a vibrant Christian life. Galatians 3:26-28

  • CHRISTIAN BACKGROUND

  • 8 POINT STATEMENT OF FAITH

    • We Believe the Bible to be the only inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 3:15-16; Isaiah 55:11)
    • We Believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (John 1:1; 2 Corinthians 13:14: Mark 1:9-10; John 17:20-23)
    • We Believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death on the cross, bodily resurrection, bodily ascension into heaven, and His personal return once again in power and glory. (John 5:18; Matthew 1:18-23; Mark 2:5-12; John 1:29; Acts 1:8-10)
    • We Believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential. That salvation cannot be gained by human effort, but only through God’s grace in the redemption He provided in Jesus Christ, a redemption which is responded to by faith and which leads to a life devoted to obeying God. (Titus 3:3-7; Ephesians 2:8-10; Acts 4:12)
    • We Believe that repentant believers in Christ should be baptized in water, by immersion (the Biblical form of baptism), in obedience to Christ. (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 2:36-41; Galatians 3:27-28; Colossians 2:12-15)
    • We Believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. (Acts 1:15-16; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; Romans 8:26-27)
    • We Believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. (John 5:27-29; Hebrews 9:27; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)
    • We Believe that, because all believers are spiritually united in the Lord Jesus Christ, we should cooperate in all possible ways in God’s work with our fellow believers, both those among us and elsewhere, loving and being patient with one another in our differences. (Galatians 3:26-28; 1 Corinthians 12:12-13; Ephesians 2:14-22)

This statement of faith does not exhaust the extent of our beliefs.  The Bible itself, as the inspired and infallible Word of God that speaks with final authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind, is the sole and final source of all that we believe. For Central Christian’s faith, doctrine, practice, policy, and discipline, our leadership and elders are the final interpretive authority on the Bible’s meaning and application.

Statement on Life, Marriage, Gender Identity and Human Sexuality

To preserve the function and integrity of CCA and to provide a biblical role model to the community we serve, it is imperative that all persons employed by the Academy professionally support this statement. (Matt. 5:16; Phil. 2:14-16; I Thess. 5:22).

In support and agreement with the Central Christian Academy Statement of Faith, the school believes the following regarding life, marriage, gender and sexuality:

    • that God offers redemption and restoration to all who confess and forsake their sin, seeking His mercy and forgiveness through Jesus Christ. (Acts 3:19-21; I Cor. 6:9-11; Ps. 32:5; Ps. 51:1-3).
    • that every person must be afforded compassion, love, kindness, respect and dignity (Mark 12:28-31; Luke 6:31). Hateful and harassing behaviors or attitudes are to be repudiated and are not in accord with Scripture or the goals of the Academy.
    • that the Bible is clear in its teaching on the sanctity of human life and we encourage choices that affirm life for all of our employees. (Gen. 1:27; Gen. 2:7; Jer. 1:5; Ps. 139:13-16).
    • that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary sexes are both made in the image of God (Gen. 1:26-27). Rejection of one’s biological sex is a rejection of this God-given trait.
    • that marriage is designed to be the lifelong uniting of one man and one woman in a single, biblical, covenant union as delineated in Scripture. (Gen. 2:18-25).
    • that God intends sexual activity to occur only between a man and woman who are married to one another. (I Cor. 6:18; 7:2-5; Heb. 13:4) We believe that any form of sexual immorality (including adultery, fornication, homosexual and bisexual behavior) is understood to be one of the disruptive consequences of the fall. (Matt. 15:18-20; I Cor. 6:9-10; Rom. 1:18-32).
    • that the call of Christ on the married and unmarried is one of purity; faithfulness among the married couple (recognized as one man and one woman) and a chaste life for those who are unmarried (I Thess. 4:3-8).
