2022 CWISummit Transportation Request Form

To set up CWIS-coordinated transportation, please complete all fields below and submit the booking form. Your request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

If you select "private transportation", we will book a solo ride for you based on your timing exclusively.

If you select "shared transportation", we will try to group you together with others who are landing within a similar time frame of your arrival.

The cost is $129/car each direction between Salt Lake International Airport and the Park City Mountain Resort (host site of the 2022 CWISummit). Once we know the total number of people who will be riding in your car (between 1 - 6), you will be contacted for payment (Venmo or credit card) - and your ride time will be confirmed.

The price will be divided by the total number of passengers, i.e., if there are 4 passengers, each person only pays $32.25/each. Grooup transportation will be coordianted by CWIS and provided by Park City Passport.
