Arrival: If your children have not been here previously, you will need to sign their liability waivers to use the gym or you can register them at https://www.werockthespectrumnorthorlando.com/register and agree to the liability terms.
Set-up: We allow you to bring your decorations the week of the party and our staff will set up for you. All balloon work will be an extra charge. No glitter is allowed.
Guest Check-In: Your guests are allowed to arrive at the time of the party and not before. If they arrive prior to the scheduled party, you will be charged for extra gym time. Our staff will greet and register all attendees at the counter upon their arrival. ALL persons entering the gym flooring are required to wear SOCKS. For your convenience we have them for sale at the front desk. ALL children must have waivers completed in order to enter the gym. During Your Party: The first 85 minutes of your party will be in the gym. Adults must be in the gym supervising the children. No adults are allowed on the equipment at any time. If you have ordered an art activity, this will take place during gym time. Staff will make an announcement asking guests to move to the party room for food and cake. The gym will be closed for cleaning. If you have reserved additional time, this schedule may vary. The schedule will vary as well if your package includes a longer timeframe. Adults are responsible for keeping their children in the party room during the party.
Food: We recommend pizza or small items like chicken nuggets but most items are acceptable. For the safety of our premises and children, NO ALCOHOL is permitted on the premises, including the parking lot and sidewalk. ALL food and drink must remain in the party room for the entirety of the party. No sternos are allowed. No smash cakes are allowed. All food serving/eating should be done in the last 35 minutes to prevent the children from becoming nauseous on the equipment and allow time for the gym to be cleaned and sanitized. If you believe you will need additional time for eating or presents, please schedule this ahead of time.
Clean-Up: Your guests will leave at the end of the scheduled party time. You are expected to completely vacate the building within 10 minutes of the end of your scheduled party time. We ask that you leave the room as it was presented to you. Remove decorations, place all used items in the trash, take home or discard any used or unwanted food items. We will clean the tables, chairs, and floors. Do not pour the extra liquids on the sidewalk or in the parking lot. We can dispose of them for you in the sink. Please be respectful that another party may be coming in after yours. Additional break-down/clean-up time is only available with prior reservation or if no party has been scheduled after yours. If you have large installments, additional breakdown time may be necessary. If you require additional break-down/clean-up time and have not pre-reserved and paid for this time, an additional fee will be charged to your card on file. Additional time is $50 for any part of 30 minutes. If you would like to leave or donate any decor to the gym, please let us know after your party. There are families who would benefit from decor items left behind in good condition. Do not take any decor items that we have provided. These items are property of the facility.
Payment: We require a $150 non-refundable deposit at time of reservation and will be credited to the balance due. You will be required to pay the remaining balance at the conclusion of the party. Additional children fees, any damage fees, and unexpected over-time fees will be charged at the time of the party.
Reminders: No adults are permitted on any equipment for safety reasons. All persons entering the gym must wear socks. We have socks available for sale for your convenience. Please be respectful that another party may be coming in after yours and plan to leave at the scheduled time. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the building or on the sidewalk outside of the building. There will be a $350 charge for cleaning the air system if smoking or vaping occurs in the facility.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure your date and is applied towards the balance of your party package. Should you need to cancel your appointment, your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel a birthday party with less than a fourteen (14) day notice, we will work with you to find another date and time to host your party. If another date is not agreeable, you are responsible for the entire party package price (non-refundable $150 deposit as well as the remaining party package balance).
No-Show Policy: A "no-show" is defined as missing an appointment without cancelling PRIOR to 24-hours of your scheduled time. No refunds or rescheduling will be given for no-shows or parties cancelled during the 24-hours prior to the party and you are repsonsible for the entire party package price.
Extenuating Circumstances: In the event of inclement weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel the event and offer an alternative party date. We will try our best to accommodate your new preferred date, but we do not guarantee a specific date.
We Rock The Spectrum Gym Rules:
Children are not permitted on the gym floor without parental/caregiver supervision. We Rock the Spectrum is not responsible for watching your children or your guests children. We ask all parents/caregivers to please be aware of their child’s surroundings, and to be mindful of other visitors.
No food, drink, or gum is permitted on the blue foam floor of the gym. During parties, once a child begins eating, they will not be permitted back into the gym for play.
Arts & Crafts Area: Please assist your children with their art projects. Do not allow your children to use an abundance of unnecessary supplies. Ensure your children don't bring any art supplies out of the art area.
Pretend Play and Toddler Areas: Parents/caregivers are asked to help assist staff to keep the gym floor safe. We ask that you please be mindful to help keep all floor areas clear of toys that your children are no longer playing with. If a toy is taken out of the pretend play/toddler area and abandoned on the floor, it is the parent/caregiver’s responsibility to place it back in the pretend play/toddler area.
Zipline: Staff is not stationed at the zipline unless extra staff are included in your party package. It is a parent/caregiver’s responsibility to work the zipline for their children. Unsupervised children will not be permitted to use the zipline. If a child is unsure of how to safely operate the zipline, we ask that they please refrain from doing so. One child at a time on the zipline box waiting area. Others are to remain at the bottom of the stairs on the floor until their turn. Using the upper zipline handles to hold on while ziplining is not permitted. Children are to sit on the swing, feet crossed and locked together and two hands holding the red/blue pole. It is a parent/caregivers responsibility to make sure each child gets on, rides and gets off the zipline safely. Zipline carpet is slippery. Please assist your children while walking up/down the ramp and stairs. At any given time, the zipline may be closed for safety purposes.
Trampoline: No more than three (3) children at a time. The trampoline max weight is 150 pounds. No acrobatics of any kind allowed in the trampoline. Parents/caregivers are only permitted on the trampoline if assisting a child and must remain seated/on knees at all times.
Swings: Adults and adult sized teenagers are not allowed on the swings, as they are meant for children only. Children/parents/caregivers must be mindful of their surroundings while swinging. Overswinging/high swinging is not permitted.
I, the parent/caretaker responsible for the party and my child(ren) and guests, was provided with an electronic copy of We Rock the Spectrum’s rules, and agree that I have read them and will follow each rule while in the gym. I understand that it is my responsibility to supervise my children, and teach them to follow the rules and be mindful of others. If for any reason failure to follow the rules occurs, I acknowledge that my children and myself will be asked to leave the gym, and no refund will be received.
LIABILITY RELEASE: For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I, the above named, as participant in birthday party or playdate on the above entered date, hereby grant the permission necessary to allow all children to participate in activities at We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym. I, in my own behalf and on behalf of children participating in my birthday party or playdate, further agree to release and hold harmless We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym, and any other subsequent body on whose premises the activity will occur, the affiliates of the aforementioned entities and/or individuals at We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym from any and all liability whether caused by negligence of the Releasees or otherwise for any claim, judgment, loss, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitations attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or connected with We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym, including any claim arising out of or connected with any illness or injury (minimal or serious) that participating children may incur or sustain during their time participating in all activities associated with We Rock The Spectrum Kids Gym. I further expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees and Releasees’ heirs, assigns, successors, executors, and administrators against loss from any further claims, demands, or actions that may subsequently be brought by participating children or by any other persons on the account of damages of any character resulting to participating children in any way from the foregoing activities.
I, on my own behalf and the behalf of participating children, hereby warrant that I have read this Liability Release in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of participating children, am aware that this Liability Release releases Releasees from any and all liability and contains an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury or illness. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of participating children, have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will.
