The Right Caul Dog Training Informed Consent

1. Lessons (private and group) need to be paid in full the day of. Cost of each lesson is discussed beforehand between client and TRCDT. 

2. When participating in lessons with TRCDT, the owner must be devoted to do the necessary work required for their dog to succeed. Failure to do so may result in the cease of further lessons.

3. It is required to give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a scheduled lesson. Cancelation of lessons under 24 hours will result in a charge equivilant to 50% of lesson.

4. No refunds are given on services that have been already used.

5. Private lessons are filled on a first come, first serve basis.

6. In the case of any cancelation on the part of TRCDT, the instructor will contact the client/s scheduled for the affected lesson and the lesson will be re-scheduled.

7. If your dog is sick, please do not bring them to lessons. If you have a question about what is allowed in class, please contact TRCDT. Female dogs in heat must not attend lessons.

8. Dogs must be on leash and under control at all times unless permission is given to do otherwise.

9. You are required to clean up after your dog.

10. Owner fully understands the tools and techniques that are used to train and modify the behavior of their dog and agrees to the tools and techniques which will be suggested by TRCDT.

11. I give TRCDT permission to use any photo/video taken of myself or my dog during lessons for promotional and educational purposes.

12. The client understands that TRCDT will make no guarentee of results of the training services provided.

13. Funds are non transferable.

14. GROUP & PACKAGES (3 month expiry) -If a handler decides after class 1 they no longer wish to continue they will receive a refund of 50%. After class 2, regardless of attendance, if a handler decides not to continue, by they will not be entitled to a refund for any amount nor credit towards another service. 

15. Assessments/Consultations - ANY deposits sent will be non-refundable regardless of attending the assessment or not. 

16. All fees for any Workshops are non-refundable.
