We have found over the years that our return rate is considerably higher when puppies under 6 months are adopted to families with children under 8. While we realize that this might be disappointing to you, we have lots of wonderful puppies who are 6 months or older and they are past the biting, chewing, and not sleeping through the night stage. I encourage you and your family to look at some of the slightly older puppies. They have tons of puppy play left in them well beyond 6 months
