  • Please Note: 

    • Proof of Vaccination is required for all attendees to attend this event. You will be asked to upload your proof of vaccination document in the next step. Your registration will not be confirmed until then.
    • You will be asked to submit negative COVID diagnostic test results taken within 2 days of the event

LIABILITY WAIVER & AGREEMENT OF PARTICIPATION: In appreciation and consideration of Sherwood Oaks Christian Church (SOCC) affording me the opportunity to participate in the events/activities indicated, I agree that I/my family participate in The Great Escape (March 13-17,2022) solely at my own risk. I waive, release and agree to hold harmless SOCC, its agents, employees and volunteers from any and all property damage, personal injury or other claims of whatever nature made by myself or others related to my participation in these events/activities. I also agree to follow the published schedule of this trip and agree with the refund policy published on the website.

    Due to the nature of the trip, the following is the refund policy for cancellation:

    Cancellations done on or before Feb 28 75% of the registration fee refunded
    Cancellations done between Feb 28 to March 7 50% of the registration fee refunded
    Cancellations done after March 7 0% of the registration fee refunded
