Please describe the pathway in which our piping would travel from the Cryobrain to the condenser?
*
*Please have the pathway described to the best of your knowledge in order for us to accommodate enough materials needed* Are there any obstacles that we should be aware of such as such as walls, stairwells, other piping etc ?
CryoBuilt will mount the condenser to the customer supplied curbset. Please select "Agree" that the condenser and curbset will be secured, by the customer, onto the surface it is placed on:
*
Agree
If rooftop condenser, can a crane access the rooftop? Is there a clear perimeter, free from power lines, free from trees and branches? How close can the crane park near the building?
*
If a crane is needed, how high is the roof and how far back does the crane need to extend?
*
If a crane is needed, please make sure to put the height of the building in order for the right crane to be used.
If the Cryobrain is watercooled, please select "Agree" that the customer will have the necessary specifications in place in order to make the connection of the brain to the water line:
*

Is the doorway, that the brain enters, level with the outside? Meaning, we can roll in equipment without needing ramps, lifts, etc. This includes doorways inside the building. See picture below for reference. If not, describe.
*
Please describe the pathway our install team will have to take and if there are any obstacles (stairs, ramps, etc) in the way to take the brain from the unloading area to the desired location.
*
The CryoBrain is an electrical cabinet housing several components. As shown in the installation guide, it is 30" x 47" and 78" high. It weighs ~1300lbs. So we need to make sure there is a pathway free of obstacles to haul items in.
Once the CryoBrain is set in its desired location, will it have at least 3 ft. of clearance in front of its doors?
*
Yes
No
*Note* The CryoBrain is the enclosure that houses the refrigeration components and is not the chamber box. It is important to have this clearance in order to comply with local code and give space for the install team/service technicians.
The chamber has a condensate drain on the back to drain melted ice during defrost. Once the water leaves the chamber, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure it drains/evaporates safely. Please let us know which method you prefer
*
Cryobuilt's Evap Pan - most common. (Note: make sure the back of the chamber is accessible after install, and customer will be responsible to monitor its operation and dump water if it starts overflowing)
Drain sink on the ground (Best option. Has to be within 6ft of the chamber, customer must provide a floor drain prior to install team's arrival)
Drain line can be piped outside (Drain line length cannot exceed 6ft, customer must provide penetration for drain line on the first day of install)

We need a space to stage our materials for the install. Do you have space indoor or outdoor such as 10ft x 20ft? Please provide space details, and specify if indoor or outdoor (i.e. size of space) --
*
Our materials are delivered to the job-site by a 53ft freight truck. Do you have a loading dock? If so , what are the dimensions and is an appointment needed? If no loading dock is available, please describe the unloading area such as empty parkinglot within 20' of entrance
*
We use a forklift and pallet jack to unload the truck. The forklift arrives the day before we begin. You will need to provide a place to park the forklift overnight:

Do ALL the doorways, the brain will travel through, meet the minimum requirements of 78in tall x 32in ?
*
Yes
Other
Do the doorways and hallways meet the turn requirements of the install guide? If not, can you specify dimensions? Reference image below
*
Yes

A 10 yard dumpster will be provided by the customer which install team can dispose crating or will be hauled away by the customer (please note components come in large crating):

Available Power?
*
Yes
No
Active Internet Connection via hardwired ethernet to cryobrain location is required prior to installation
*
Agreed
Unsure
Please note that the system will need internet connection for startup
Because the Cryo Chamber operates at extreme cold temps, moisture in the air will seek out the coldest surface area to form condensation which will most likely be the cryo chamber. Any water or moisture is the customer's responsibility. We recommend keeping the space the unit will occupy in at or below 50% humidity level with ample airflow around the entire chamber. Please choose "Accept" if you understand and will keep the surrounding environment at or below 50% humidity level:

The condenser will need to be placed on a level surface which can either be an equipment pad, cement pad, etc. This will need to be ready for us PRIOR to installation date. Please describe what kind of pad/surface you are planning on placing for the condenser?
*
Condenser in indoor settings usually don't require a pad as long as it will sit on a level surface. The pad it sits on has to have a minimum dimension of 55" x 45".

Please take the time to take a look at the electrician and layout guide. Choose "Accept" if you understand and acknowledge electrical preparations should be done prior to install.

There must be enough ceiling height as outlined in layout guides before and after install. The top of the brain and chamber will need to accessible before and after install. You agree that you have referred to the layout guide to see the ceiling height requirement based on each specific layout. Please choose accept if you understand and agree to these conditions:
*
Accept
Please choose "Accept" if you understand that CryoBuilt recommends flooring that the brain and chamber are placed on to be waterproof. Condensation is common if humidity level is above 50% and water could accumulate on the floor so it is best to have flooring that won't be damaged by water.
