    To advertise your event, Council will require an image to include with the event advertisement.

    Image requirements:

    • Dimensions: 900px wide x 550px high
    • Format: JPEG
    • File size: Around 200kb
    • No text written on the image (other than your logo text)
    • Must have permission to use it
    • All people pictured must have provided you permission to use it

    The purpose of this image is to grab the attention of the community. We recommend that you keep it clear, simple and suited to the event that you are advertising.

    Example:
    If you are advertising a market, use a photo of a market stall from a past market you have held. It could also be something as simple as your logo if you have one.

    By uploading content, you are providing Hindmarsh Shire Council with permission to use the content to advertise your event on its website and/or social media platforms.
