    If you are reaching out to inquire about beginning therapy or scheduling an application interview, we will review your message when we reopen in January and respond as soon as possible.

  • The application fee is $60 and nonrefundable nor covered by insurance. Most FSA and HSA plans can be applied. A deposit of $20 is required and the $40 balance is due after the appointment concludes.
