This rental requires an $100 Deposit to secure your appointment. You forfeit your right to receive a refund of your deposit if: 1) The car is returned damaged 2) There is any presence of smoking in the vehicle. 3) The car is kept longer than agreed. 4) The car is not fueled to a FULL tank of gas upon drop off. Any EZ Pass Charges will be deducted before deposit is returned. If you fail to cancel your reservation within 24 hours before your scheduled pick up, you will not receive your deposit. IF the car is damaged in any way, you will be responsible for any fees incurred to repair the vehicle. Any flat tire incurred during rental period is the responsibility of the renter stated on this contract. Any parking tickets, tolls, or towing fees acquired during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter stated in this contract. Deposit and payments are also accepted on Cashapp.
