I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) named above and give full permission for their attendance at Eco Kids Inc. programmes.

Activity Risks & Liability – Outdoor and water-based activities carry everyday risks (minor cuts, insect bites, slips, falls, etc.). I accept these risks and agree not to hold Eco Kids Inc. or its staff/volunteers liable for ordinary injuries or accidents. I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions and consider my child(ren) fit to take part. In an emergency I authorise Eco Kids Inc. to obtain suitable medical care and understand they will contact me or my listed emergency contact as soon as possible.

Photography & Video – Eco Kids Inc. may photograph or record camp activities for updates and promotional or educational use (e-mails, website, social media). Images will be used without payment to me and personal names will not be published.

Cancellation & Refunds –

• Cancellations made two (2) or more days before the camp start date receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made one (1) day before the start date, or on the day itself, are normally non-refundable because places cannot be refilled at short notice.

• Serious illness or genuine emergency: please contact us – a credit or partial refund may be offered case-by-case.

• Missed days or early departures once camp is in session are not refundable.

• If Eco Kids Inc. cancels a session, you may choose a full refund or credit toward a future programme.
