UMS HSC - Project Linus Sign Up form

Please sign up below to participate in the UMS Project Linus blanketeering Zoom event. Participation is limited, so sign up early. Zoom invite will be emailed. All materials will be provided courtesy of UMS Home and School Club. Kits can be picked up from the Kalia family porch at 267 Blossom Valley Drive on Friday, February 25, and completed blankets should be returned to the same place by Sunday, February 27. If you sign up, please be sure you can attend the event! Project Linus is counting on our blankets!
