We appreciate your participation in our Adopt-a-Program and your commitment to the City of Greensboro! This form will ensure we have your contact information for future participation. If you are a new group or organization interested in the Adopt-a-Program or a past (inactive for the last two years) group or organization, you will need to apply for that program.
