Single services at KKW to build your 12 weeks based on your needs!

Custom nutrition plan $199 (includes a face-to-face meeting)

Modification to the plan $99

After hours texting from $45.00- $299.00,

Consults from 30 minutes to 60 minutes at $55.00 - $89.00

Custom workout plan $200.00

If additional support is needed, we also offer single services that can be purchased separately.

You may repeat 12 week program as often as you like. All services must be scheduled and rendered within the 12 weeks from the date of the first meeting.

If you need to reschedule one of your meetings, a minimum of 24 hours’ written notice must be provided. If 24 hours is not provided or if you do not show up at the appointed time, you will be invoiced a $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee, or the meeting that is missed will be forfeited.

No refunds will be made after services have begun. In the event a client moves into coaching, the credit left will be used for additional services while in long-term coaching (i.e. after-hours texting or additional consults) on top of coaching.
