Join our 3 and 6 month bundles of text support, behavioral prompting, education towards self management, coach check ins , guidance with nutrtion and workouts, face to face consults and text support. We take our indivividual fee structure to curate your personal program after discussing what would make the largest impact. Nutrition planning and movement planning will meet our clients where they are and foster independence.

Custom nutrition plan $249 (includes a face-to-face meeting)

Nutrition texting support from $60.00- $399.00

30-minute consults for $80.00  

Custom workout plans $219

Monday morning check ins $22 per day (defined as sending coaches progress monitoring data and providing the coach targeted data based on your defined goals.  it is reviewed by the coach and feedback is given, as well as some reciprocal texting on Monday mornings)

Our new 24-week bundle includes a built in $100 discount!  If additional support is needed, we also offer single services that can be purchased separately.  

You may repeat the program as often as you like. All services must be scheduled and rendered within the 12 or 24 weeks from the date of the first meeting, otherwise they will be forfeited. If you are a repeat bundler, you might have special circumstances where you can extend, and that will be discussed with your coach when you're creating your program. 

In the unlikely situation that my coach becomes ill, goes on maternity leave, decides to leave KKW, or is no longer contracted with KKW, you may be moved to another coach at any time during my services. The leadership team will be sure to not only meet, but exceed my expectations. I agree and understand that I might be coaching with more than one coach.

No refunds will be made after services have begun. In the event a client moves into coaching, the credit left will be used for additional services while in long-term coaching (i.e. nutrition texting support or additional consults) on top of coaching.
