We are seeking sponsors to help defray some of the costs of hosting the Old West Invitational Turkey Shoot in Hulett, Wyoming on April 30 - May 2, 2026. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged on signage throughout the event, on the Old West Invitational Turkey Shoot’s website (www.oldwestturkeyshoot.org), and in all printed material.

A 10% non-refundable deposit for each sponsorship is due March 5, 2026 to hold your spot. If this deposit is not received by March 5, 2026, your spot is not guaranteed. The balance for the sponsorship is due April 5, 2026.

If you decide to choose your hunting partners, there is a $300 PER TEAM additional fee that will be added to the invoice for your sponsorship.

An invoice for the amount of support chosen will be sent to the above address.

Each level of sponsorship receives a certain number of hunting spots. Please fill out the fields for the number of hunters that will be participating per the level of sponsorship.

The Grand Slam Package offers 2 hunting spots. Fill out the information for Hunter 1 and Hunter 2. If you are designating a team choice, add the names of the hunters (2 names per team) in the field labeled Additional Comments, then go to the bottom of the form, verify you are human, and click Submit.

The World Slam Package offers 6 hunting spots. Fill out the fields for Hunter 1 through Hunter 5.
