In addition, I , the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that the wholesale agreement is strictly offered to customers intended to resell ShooterKing USA, and that ShooterKing USA reserves the right to reject or terminate the agreement at any time. AUTHORIZED RESELLER AGREEMENT
The following terms and conditions apply to all dealers, resellers and retailers of ShooterKing USA products in North America. All dealers, resellers and retailers must first set up an account by submitting all required information as listed below under our general requirements. All account set up requests will be reviewed and each prospect will be contacted individually regarding the status of their account set up.

General Requirements
- Must submit the Wholesale/Retail Application and this Authorized Reseller Agreement
- Must submit a copy of your Certificate of Incorporation and State Reseller Certificate
Minimum Order Value
- All dealers/resellers must order a minimum of $1000 annually to maintain reseller status.
- After $1000 annual amount is met, drop shipping fulfillment is available for direct shipment to customers as requested with a $20 drop shipping fee.
- All prices on products are subject to change at any time
Payment Terms
- ShooterKing USA accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Money Orders and Certified Check (no C.O.D.) Payments on all initial orders will be due at the time of the sale via credit card.
- To establish a company check or Net Terms, completion of ShooterKing USA credit application is required. Credit checks may take up to 30 days. There is no guarantee of credit approval.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy:

ShooterKing USA has established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for ShooterKing USA products. ShooterKing USA will provide its Resellers with its MSRP for ShooterKing USA products. Resellers are welcome to advertise items above the MSRP, but must abide by ShooterKing USA’s MAP Guideline.

It is ShooterKing USA’s unilateral policy to terminate a ShooterKing USA Authorized Reseller’s authorization to sell any Shooterking USA products if the ShooterKing USA Authorized Reseller’s advertising of any MAP Product contains a price lower than the MAP set forth in the current ShooterKing USA Price List. Such terminations shall be effective upon delivery of notice of termination to the Reseller.

This policy applies to all forms of advertising including mailings, catalogs, displays at consumer exhibitions and shows, and any and all other forms of advertising media, including, without limitation, the Internet and any other electronic network. Any price information relating to ShooterKing USA on an Internet website which can be accessed directly through any hypertext link or by any other method which uses the hypertext transfer protocol (http) is considered to be advertising for purposes of this policy. Electronic mail sent in direct response to a customer inquiry is not considered to be advertising.

This policy only concerns advertised prices, and does not relate to actual sales prices of any item. This MAP Policy applies to resellers within North America.

Internet Auctions

Authorized Resellers agree not to sell ShooterKing USA Products to or through any third-party websites, including, but not limited to, any on-line auction or online marketplace/store, such as eBay and Amazon. ShooterKing USA strictly enforces this policy prohibiting resale of products to third parties and will suspend all pending orders from retailers immediately for violation of this policy.

Service

Authorized Resellers must provide the highest quality customer service when representing ShooterKing USA products and must not knowingly mislead or provide incorrect information to the end-consumer. ShooterKing USA will not approve resellers who have outstanding end-consumer complaints with the Better Business Bureau or a record of poor customer service or untrustworthy business practices.

Loss of Authorized Reseller Status

ShooterKing USA has established this Authorized Reseller Policy and it is our unilateral policy to terminate the Authorized Reseller status of any reseller who does not comply.
