What can I expect?
You can expect an individualized, one-time macro count that can be used for 7 days of the week. The macros will vary depending on if it a "higher carb day or lower carb day". Carb cycling is used to help you from plateauing as well as preventing your body from adaptive thermogenesis, or simply your body getting use to consuming the same amounts of foods each day. With carb cycling we ignite hormones with glucose (carbs), and crank up the heat, so to say, by "adding fuel to the fire".
