Spotlight Supplier
The Spotlight Supplier is featured at the General Membership Luncheon (in the month in which they sign up). The Spotlight Supplier will be featured on all communication regarding the event. The sponsor can place marketing materials at each table, as well as greet members as they come in. They also have 3-5 minutes to speak about their company/property. Each spotlight supplier is asked to bring a doorprize (gift card, etc.) for a drawing at the luncheon.

Education Course Lunch Sponsor
As a sponsor for lunch at one of our education courses, you will provide lunch for attendees and instructors (or pay $150 for the sponsorship). Your company will be included in the promotion/communication of the event. You are able to place/provide marketing material, at the course location, prior to the start of the course. If you are delivering lunch in person you are welcome to stay and have lunch with the class participants and distribute your information with a brief presentation during lunch.
Apartment Tour Sponsorship

Be part of the tour as you visit communities on the Double Decker Bus!
As a sponsor of the apartment tour, you will be recognized in communication about the event. You will be able to place marketing material in the gift bags and/or at the properties we visit.
