    Friend of the Shoot Commitment Form

  • Businesses and individuals may provide full or partial support for any of the scheduled activities.

    Cash and in-kind contributions are welcome.

    All event sponsors will be displayed throughout the event, on the Old West Invitational Turkey Shoot website (www.oldwestturkeyshoot.org), and in all printed material.

    Sponsors of breakfasts, lunches, and hors d'oeuvres will be acknowledged on signage.

    Please choose from the selections below how you would like to support the Old West Invitational Turkey Shoot as a Friend of the Shoot. There is no limit to the number of ways to support the Shoot.

    We will send an invoice for the level of support you choose to the address on this form.

  • Food Friends

  • Thursday Night Social - $3,000

    Hors d'oeuvres for the social

  • Friday Night Banquet and Auction - $5,000 (can be shared between two sponsors)

    Dinner provided and evening auction event.

  • Lunch Friday and Saturday - $2,000 each day

    Lunch is provided on Friday and Saturday at the GHCC for hunters if they have returned from the field.

  • Grab & Go Breakfast Friday and Saturday morning - $600 each day

    A Grab & Go Breakfast is provided for hunters at the Hulett Community Center early each morning prior to hunting.

  • Desserts for Friday Night Banquet
    $600

    Desserts and homemade pies are needed for the Friday Night Banquet

  • Award Friends

  • Annie Oakley Gun - $500 each

    Provide the winning gun for the Annie Oakley Competition.

  • Gear/Gifts for hunters - $1,000

    Various branded outdoor gear and gifts for the hunters. We will add the logos of sponsors and of the Turkey Shoot to the items.

  • Belt Buckles - $2,000

    Belt buckles are awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Turkey Shoot winners.

  • Event Friends

  • Travel for Country Music Artist Performance (Wednesday evening) - $2,000 each performer

    Country music artists provide a complimentary performance at the Golf Club at Devils Tower on Wednesday evening before the event kicks off on Thursday. Travel costs, meals, and expenses.

  • Clay Pigeons and Shells - $650

    Friday afternoon and all day Saturday, the Annie Oakley competition is held at the rodeo grounds for hunters who have completed their hunt.  Clay pigeons and shells are provided for this event.

  • Gun Board - $5,000 - $10,000

    Guns provided for the gun board raffle at the Friday night event.

  • Youth Friends

  • Youth Shotgun - $500

    Sponsor a Youth Hunter and provide them a shotgun to use during their OWITS hunt.
