G.O.L.D.E.N. Oak Award Nomination Form
The G.O.L.D.E.N. Oak Award, established in 2020, recognizes a Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College Graduate of the Last Decade Engaging Now. The award celebrates professional achievement, continued service and outstanding personal characteristics.
Nominations are due by January 15.

Incomplete nomination forms will not be accepted for consideration.
Recipients will be selected by a committee comprised of Alumni Association Board of Directors and College faculty and staff, led by the Director of Alumni Relations. The selection committee will select a recipient based on the following:
- Recipient must be a graduate of the College; and
- Recipient has made significant or distinct contribution to an organization, business or cause since graduation from the College; and
- Recipient actively participates in business, community or College organized events/activities and/or gives back in the form of service and/or philanthropy; and
- Recipient exhibits admirable personal qualities and development, as seen through some or all of the following: proven leadership skills or qualities, passion for interests, demonstrated integrity and ethical decision-making, and commitment of time, experience and/or recurring involvement with volunteer, nonprofit or outreach work.
