I understand that all application approvals have conditions. A Voice For The Voiceless Animal Rescue Team will not allow an animal to be adopted if the animal is not a good match for me. I fully understand while I may be a good match for some animals, the one I inquire about may not be a good match for my current situation.

I understand A Voice For The Voiceless Animal Rescue Team can not always guarantee exact information such as age, breed, size, history, health, and temperament on all of their animals. They will do their best to provide me with accurate information to the best of their knowledge.

I understand if a health problem arises after a completed adoption, A Voice For The Voiceless Animal Rescue Team is not liable. It will be my responsibility to cover all needed costs and care.

When I choose to adopt an animal that has not finished being seen by a veterinarian, I must keep all appointments made by A Voice For The Voiceless Animal Rescue Team.
