• 100% of your deposit will be refunded if we cannot provide you with a space.
• Final placement of vendors is in August and refunds will be issued at that time.

Please read ALL instructions, terms and conditions below.

The booth spaces are on the Yellow Trail, under the south side eaves of the ginormous, green Farm Building. (Where the cows, sheep and pigs are.) All spaces are covered overhead by the eaves of the Farm Building. All are on firm dirt or pavement. The spaces are 10’ by 10’. Some are deeper, but you cannot depend on it.

We do not accept Food Vendor applications for the Daily Vendor program

• The 2026 Alaska State Fair is August 21 through September 7, closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
• Priority is given to returning vendors or vendors that feature Alaskan grown and/or Alaskan made items.
• Applications submitted without the $100 deposit will not be considered.
• You may apply for a maximum of 5 days.
• Space assignments are made based on availability.
• We supply each space with one 8’ rectangular table and two chairs, 2 admittance passes and 1 parking pass per scheduled day.
