I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of any animals of A Voice For The Voiceless Animal Rescue Team fostered by me. I certify that the above information is correct, and I understand that the information will be verified. I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I hereby agree that A Voice For The Voiceless Animal Rescue Team and it's members aren't accountable for any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster animal(s). I accept full responsibility for the Animals(s) actions at all times, and release A Voice For The Voiceless Animal Rescue Team from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering said Animals(s). We cannot guarantee the Animal to be housebroken, and might need to be trained with love and patience. I agree to have A Voice For The Voiceless Animal Rescue Team complete necessary formalities and conduct a home inspection via video call or in person visit to be able to approve my foster application. I agree that if I'm unable to foster the Animal(s) anymore that I will return the Animal(s) to A Voice For The Voiceless Animal Rescue Team and try to give A Voice For The Voiceless Animal Rescue Team a minimal time period of one week to try and find another suitable foster for the Animal(s).
