Event Withdrawl Form
Please complete and submit this form to officially withdraw from an Australian Taekwondo event.

Application
- A refund application must be submitted online within 7 days after the event date.
- All refunds are processed approximately 10 days after the event date.
- Refunds will not be processed before the event.
- The refund amount will go back on the card used at the time of payment
Assessment

Refunds will be assessed in accordance with the following:
- Where a medical certificate is provided
- Where a non-medical cancellation is requested, we reserve the right to assess the request on its own merit.
- We will not disallow a refund where in the opinion of Australian Taekwondo there are reasonable grounds for a cancellation.
