Booking A Reservation : When booking an appointment with us, we reserve that time just for you. To hold your reservation, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit. We also require a valid credit/debit card on file. We will use your card on file to process your deposit and incurred fees. This deposit applies towards your overall total at the end of your service. Cards are stored securely and encrypted with our merchant.

Late Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please be aware if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we may not have the time to complete your service, however we will do our best. You will still be responsible for the full scheduled service. In the event that you need to modify, reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice. This is to ensure that our specialists can fill their spaces with another guest inquiring in the given amount of time. If 48 hour notice is not given, the 50% deposit will be applied toward the cancellation fee. CANCELLATIONS within 24 hours and NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled, The 50% deposit will be used towards this fee, and the remainder will be charged to the card on file.
We reserve the right to cancel your service on your behalf in the event you arrive in violation of our guidelines outlined below, resulting in a late cancellation fee.

Public Health Policy If you or any member of your household is sick such as fever excessive coughing/sneezing please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. This is NOT limited to Covid-19 symptoms. Be aware of your body and what you bring into this space.Our policies are in place to protect the livelihood & valuable time for everyone involved. We understand that emergencies & illness happens. We ask that you please give us the courtesy of a heads up.

Children and Extra Visitors Maintaining a calming and relaxing atmosphere for our clients is a priority and we look forward to you enjoying some downtime in our space. We love your littles but the salon can be a dangerous place and we need to focus our energy on our craft, therefore we do not allow children or extra guests.
We Guarentee our work and our professional products for at home care. All sales and transactions are final.

Returns/Exchanges: We guarantee every product we carry in our salon. During your service, we will educate you on how much, how often and how to apply each product. If you find that the product doesn’t perform the way you were expecting, we are happy to show you how to use the product again. We are unable to issue refunds for any products since we will not be able to use them after they’ve been opened.

Re-do's: Our stylist can never get back the time, energy and products they used to perform a service, therefore we do not offer refunds. We do however offer situational adjustments. If you are unsatisfied with your service please reach out to the salon within 5 days of your service. Adjustments can be performed within 10 days of your initial service date. A requested color adjustment has a color fee of $20 per bowl of color needed to make the adjustments and includes a blow-dry service. Adjustments will be full price if you, or another professional make any adjustments to the cut/color. Chemical services are only guaranteed if you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner from our salon directly. Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting. If your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting, or if you have box color present in the hair, you will be asked to complete our multi-step color agreement.
