  • Client Agreement

  • Client Nonpayment/Offset Agreement 

    I agree that if my refund is offset by the IRS, student loans, child support, any other offset or payment is directly sent to me, I am still obligated to pay Abundant Living Consulting Corporation, LLC DBA ALCC, TaxNest Financials all filing fees due no later than 30 days of completed tax filing. Tax documents will not be filed to the state or federal government until payment is remitted in full; unless the client is paying tax preparation fees through a tax refund not affected by federal penalties/dues/or payment plans. A DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD MUST BE KEPT ON FILE FOR PROCESSING OF TAX PREPARATION FEES. 

    By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that legal action will be sought to resolve the debt if the debts are not settled within 30 days of the filing date.

    Please be advised there is a $50 fee for clients who decide to no longer process their returns with Abundant Living Consulting Corporation, LLC DBA ALCC, TaxNest Financials after work has been rendered.

    Closing Agreement

    I hereby give TaxNest Financials permission to prepare all forms related to my return. If applying for any RAC (refund anticipation check) and RAL (refund anticipation loan) I must sign all necessary forms regarding filing my taxes electronically. I take full responsibility for the accuracy of the provided forms and understand Abundant Living Consulting Corporation, LLC DBA ALCC, TaxNest Financials, and/or any associated affiliates hold no responsibility for any misrepresentation or false claims.
