Please give 48 hour notice if you cannot make your appointment. After 48hrs your cc on file will be charged 40% of the service cost, 24 hrs 50% & same day cancelations or no call /no shows is 100% (of which 50% can be applied towards a future service) . When redeeming a Groupon or Gift Certificate the same policy applies up to 100% deducted from voucher amount. If you have a pre-purchased pkg the same policy applies up to 100%, same day cancelations / no show will result in a forfeit of service's scheduled. In the instance I don't have a valid cc on file I will require a 50% pre -payment to hold any future appointments. Prepaid services are subject to the same cancelation fees & any remaining balance can be applied towards your next service ,no cash refunds. Please understand my time is money & cancelations especially last minute actually cost me money. In these trying times of inflation & rising gas prices I can no longer continue to provide services without some changes so please be patient with me while I figure this out .I appreciate my clientele and want to continue to serve you.
