We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means that in the event you must cancel or change your appointment please do so at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Less then 48 hour we will charge you 50% of the service. If there is a NO SHOW we will charge the full cost of the appointment.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled for and a cancellation fee will apply.
