General:
* I, First Name Last Name agree to participate as a guest speaker on the Nectar podcast in one audio only interview
* I give Stacey Maney permission to record the conversation, create an episode from it, and publish the episode with it's own blog page on her web site.
* Stacey Maney agrees to provide the Zoom Link, audio recorder (if needed), email reminders, and promo materials.
* I will get final approval on the episode before it goes live

Compensation:
* I know I am permitted to make a FREE offer during our conversation and promote any additional offerings.
* I agree to do the interview without charge (unless otherwise noted)

Intellectual Property:
* The material you share on the call is and will remain solely yours.
* Stacey Maney owns the recording rights and may re-purpose, sell, or re-use the recording in the future, without compensation to you.

Marketing Commitment:
* You agree to share this episode with your community in 1 solo e-mail when the episode goes live (if you’re unable to make the above noted marketing commitment, you agree to contact Stacey at staceymaney@gmail.com to make an alternate arrangement).

This release shall be governed in accordance within the state of Ohio Law, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties, and may be amended only in writing.
The signatures below indicate agreement with the above.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stacey Maney from and against all claims, losses, expenses. and liabilities of every kind including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of any provision of this Agreement. Guest/Speaker expressly releases Stacey Maney from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.
