Letter of authorization

What is a letter of authorization? A letter of authorization is consent from the BC Hydro account holder authorizing you to act as the third-party requestor.

The letter must be provided by the BC Hydro account holder regardless if you are the customer or the consultant acting on behalf of the customer. Please ensure the required letter of authorization is uploaded prior to submission.
