    Notes:

    • A rough quote will be provided if your submission is accepted
    • A $100 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure an appointment
    • Only serious submissions will receive a response
    • I do not offer translation
    • I currently charge by the piece unless the tattoo requires multiple sessions

    • I understand that this submission form does not gaurantee me an appointment.
    • I understand that if I show up more than 15 mins late to my appointment, I may be asked to reschedule and a new deposit will be required.
    • I understand that if I wish to reschedule the appointment, I must notify the artist 72 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
    • IF I reschedule more than once, another $100 nonrefundable deposit is required.
    • I understand that if I make changes to the design after submitting this request and paying the deposit, the cost may vary from the quote I was given.
    • I understand that a sketch of the design will be sent out 1-2 days prior to the appointment. If any changes are needed, the revised version will be shown on the day of the appointment.
    • I understand that if I want to make drastic changes or a completely different design on the day of the appointment, I will need to reschedule and provide a new deposit.
    • I understand that tattoo artist have the authority to refuse anyone for any reason.
    • I understand that there are no refunds as everyone’s skin takes in tattoo ink differently. There are also no refunds as we have carried out the services.
