Sponsor Description & Requirements: (SPH E-Class)

First and foremost, as you are well aware, remote control crafts, also known as RC
cars, RC helicopters, drones, RC airplanes, and RC boats, can be very dangerous.
Specifically, drones, including FPV drones, are not toys. You fully understand the risks
of injury, including serious injuries, resulting from any type of incident as a hobbyist.
HOBBYWING is not responsible for any incidents caused by your hobby activities. The
maximum liability, if any, that HOBBYWING is responsible for is the cost of
HOBBYWING product(s) used in a craft. If you are unclear about these terms or
disagree with it, do not proceed with this program.

I read and understand all the terms and conditions of the "Team HOBBYWING of

North America (HWNA) Sponsorship Agreement," including the "Code of Conduct" and "Sponsor description & requirements." I agree to follow them accordingly. I also understand that my product sponsorship with HWNA is limited to the specified dates noted, with a possibility of renewal after this term. I realize that to the extent permitted by law: my sponsorship may also be terminated at any time at HWNA's sole and exclusive discretion. I understand that HWNA is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of Hobbywing products or other products during the time of my sponsorship. Products supplied to me by HWNA remain the property of HWNA and may have to be returned upon request or if the contract is terminated, this excludes personal purchases of HWNA products that were purchased at the prevailing retail price. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged accept the terms of the team HWNA Sponsorship Agreement.
